Mexico’s most influential rock band performs original and genre-bending music. With a career spanning more than 50 years, El Tri is widely regarded as the pioneers of Spanish-language rock music. El Tri is led by founder Alex Lora, and they are known for iconic songs such as “Triste Canción,” “Las Piedras Rodantes,” and “Abuso de Autoridad.” Many of these songs are required listening for anyone interested in Latin rock. El Tri has released several albums in recent years, and they continue to sing about politics and social issues to a raw rock ‘n roll beat. El Tri has recorded and released over forty albums and performed over 12,000 concerts worldwide. Lead singer Alex Lora is one of the hardest working rock musicians in the world.
