The Depot
One of the UK's leading British power metal groups DragonForce will be at The Depot on Wednesday, December 9, 2026. The world-renowned guitar playing is sure to please the crowds of fans at one of the worlds premier metal bands in the iconic entertainment district of Salt Lake City's finest venue The Depot.
The British power metal band known as DragonForce play extremely technical music that includes extremely fast guitar solos and very powerful vocals. Many people know of this band for their hit song, "Through the Fire and Flames", but recently the band has progressed and written a lot of more musical songs that are extremely technical as well as more commercial and very catchy songs.

The band consists of vocalist Marc Hudson, guitarists Herman Li and Sam Totman, bassist Frédéric Leclercq, and drummer Goran Ed Sanders. Famous songs by DragonForce such as "Through the Fire and Flames" featured in Guitar Hero III: Legends of Rock as well as "Fury of the Storm" and "Valley of the Damned" are expected to be performed by the band. The band's most recent studio album, "Extreme Power Metal", was released in 2019 and contains songs such as "Highway to Oblivion" and "The Last Dragonborn" which are expected to be performed as well as other songs from the album. DragonForce has won several awards for their music including the Best International Band award at the Metal Hammer Golden Gods Awards. Fans attending the show will get to experience the band's live performances which are known to be amazing, especially the work of the two guitarists performing extremely complex dual guitar passages that will surely amaze the fans.
